Let us keep your pool in ship-shape all summer long

Dear New Customer: Here are some basics you will need to know

Scheduling for the season– Use the link in your email to select dates, request services, and provide any special requests or notes for your pool

Payments– We require a credit card on file for all services.  Your card will be automatically charged upon service completion, and you will receive an email receipt detailing the service, the amount charged, and the date of service.

About a week ahead you will get instructions on what YOU need to do ahead of your pool opening. Please take time to read them carefully to ensure you are prepared on the day of our visit. Please make sure to confirm these instructions with the link provided.

Additionally, you will receive a reminder the day before any service. Should you have any special notes or requests, feel free to reply to these emails.
